LSHOF Announces 2016 Inductees

LOS TEMERARIOS, DRACO ROSA, ALEJANDRO JAEN, CLAUDIA BRANT, MIGUEL LUNA & CHEO ZORRILLA TO BE HONORED AT 2016 LA MUSA AWARDS

Miami Beach, Fla. (May 24, 2016) – The Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame announces the musical giants to be inducted at the 4th annual LA MUSA AWARDS Induction Ceremony including Los Temerarios (Adolfo & Gustavo Ángel Alba), Draco Rosa, Alejandro Jaen, Claudia Brant, Miguel Luna, and Cheo Zorilla.

The 2016 LA MUSA AWARDS will be held on Thursday, October 13th at The Fillmore Miami Beach Jackie Gleason Theater, directed by Richard Jay-Alexander, conducted by Eduardo Marturet (Miami Symphony Orchestra) and presented by WorldArts (WorldArts.com).

To be eligible for induction into the Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame the songwriter, composer or lyricist must have had their first published work released at least 20 years prior to the year of induction. All inductees are presented with the silver La Musa trophy statuette. Honorees are ópresented with bronze Musas created by world renowned sculptor Alan LeQuire.

EL SALON DE LA FAMA DE LOS COMPOSITORES HISPANOS ANUNCIA LOS INGRESADOS DEL 2016 LOS TEMERARIOS, DRACO ROSA, ALEJANDRO JAEN, CLAUDIA BRANT, MIGUEL LUNA, Y CHEO ZORRILLA

Miami, Fla. (24 de mayo del 2016) – La organización Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame (Salón de la Fama de los Compositores Latinos), anunció hoy los nombres de los compositores que serán ingresados en 2016, en el prestigioso Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame.

Los Temerarios (Adolfo y Gustavo Ángel Alba), Draco Rosa, Alejandro Jaen, Claudia Brant, Miguel Luna, y Cheo Zorrilla, recibirán dicho honor durante la 4ª ceremonia anual de Los Premios LA MUSA.

La ceremonia de Los Premios LA MUSA auspiciados por WorldArts, se llevará a cabo el Jueves 13 de Octubre de 2016 en el Teatro Fillmore Jackie Gleason de la ciudad de Miami Beach. El espectáculo será dirijido por Richard Jay-Alexander y su gran orquesta será conducida por el Maestro Eduardo Marturet (Miami Symphony Orchestra).

Para ser elegible, un compositor/autor, debe contar con una canción grabada al menos 20 años antes del año de la inducción al Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame. Todos los ingresados al Salón de la Fama recibirán LA MUSA de plata, mientras que los premios especiales serán honrados con LA MUSA de bronce, todos ellos realizados por el escultor mundialmente reconocido, Alan LeQuire.
